Geoff is dual-qualified as both a physiotherapist and an exercise physiologist, combining hands-on treatment with evidence-based exercise rehabilitation to help people move better, recover from injury and achieve their health and performance goals.
He has extensive experience treating people of all ages and activity levels, from those managing everyday aches and pains to recreational and elite athletes. Geoff believes successful rehabilitation comes from understanding each person's goals and creating an individualised treatment plan that combines education, manual therapy and targeted exercise to achieve lasting results.
Geoff has extensive experience assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain. His approach combines thorough assessment, hands-on treatment and progressive exercise to reduce pain, restore movement and help patients return confidently to work, sport and daily life.
He also has experience managing chronic conditions including osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, sarcopenia and cancer rehabilitation, with a focus on improving strength, mobility and long-term function.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Geoff designs personalised exercise programs to help people improve strength, mobility, fitness and overall health. Whether recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition or aiming to improve physical performance, exercise is prescribed safely and progressively to achieve sustainable outcomes.
His dual qualifications allow him to integrate physiotherapy and exercise physiology into one seamless rehabilitation pathway, helping patients transition from pain relief to long-term health and performance.
Geoff has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports, including golf, tennis, football, rugby, running, cycling, climbing and endurance events. As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified physiotherapist, he has a particular interest in golf performance, helping golfers improve mobility, movement efficiency, reduce injury risk and optimise performance on the course.
His experience also includes working with professional tennis players on the ATP and Challenger Tours and within elite football environments, providing injury management, rehabilitation and return to sport planning.
Geoff is trained in the assessment and treatment of vestibular disorders affecting balance and dizziness, including Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). Through comprehensive assessment and evidence-based treatment techniques, he helps patients reduce dizziness, improve balance and regain confidence in everyday activities.
Outside of work, Geoff enjoys golf, tennis, football, strength training and spending time outdoors. His own involvement in sport gives him a practical understanding of the physical demands athletes and active individuals face, helping him better support patients in returning to the activities they enjoy.
